Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are made-to-order and typically processed within 2-7 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times (UK): Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Costs: Standard UK delivery is £2.22. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched so you can follow your package's journey.

Returns & Exchanges

At Kynetic Athletic, we want you to love your gear. However, because each item is custom printed to order, we have the following return policy:

Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at your store email. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Please include photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.

Wrong Size? We want you to feel great in your tee! If you've ordered the wrong size, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may be able to offer an exchange (you'll be responsible for return shipping of the original item and shipping costs for the replacement).

Change of Mind: Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please check sizing carefully before ordering.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable. We'll respond within 1-2 business days to help resolve your concern.

Refunds

Approved refunds for defective items will be processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
